Keith is a Texas native that has been in Colorado for almost 10 years. He's a full time Marketing Director for a local tech company and also a Freelance Marketer. He started sharing his food journey in late 2015. Since then, he's been able to help many local restaurants around Colorado by sharing his experiences in the most thoughtful ways. He's also a contributor for Best Food Feed and recently became the food contributor for BeLocal Denver. When he's not trying new restaurants around Colorado he enjoys traveling and playing golf. He enjoys a good old fashioned and loves finding great seafood in this land locked state.
Food Editor, 5280 Magazine
Patricia joined the 5280 staff in July 2019 and is thrilled to be overseeing all of 5280 Magazine's dining coverage. Prior to joining the 5280 team, she wrote and edited travel marketing content for the Colorado Tourism Office and Wyoming Office of Tourism. In her spare time, Patricia enjoys cooking Thai and Chinese dishes with her mother and spending time with her husband, Gavin, and cocker spaniel, Teddy Roosevelt. Her other loves include anchovies, tequila, and fried chicken.
The Block Distilling Co
Kraig Weaver’s passion for distilling began by chance. An avid fan of cocktails and spirits, he decided to take his fascination to a new level by experimenting with distilling for his friends and family. An engineer by trade, Kraig took a scientific approach to distilling using nods from his former chemistry courses. After debuting his spirits at a dinner party, he was convinced that this side project could be a full-time career. A party goer had a building for rent in the up-and-coming RiNo district and thought that a distillery would be the perfect tenant. In December 2017, Kraig along with his partners Michelle and Kameron Weaver, opened The Block Distilling Co’s tasting room. Currently, the distillery offers gin, vodka, and coffee liqueur.
