From food to travel and outdoor adventure covers to the annual 25 Best Restaurants, Best of the Mountain West, and Reasons to Love Denver features, she has collaborated with talented photographers, editors and writers to translate words into compelling pictures.

Erin Boyle
CEO, CHOW Erin trained to be a chef at the Culinary Institute of America and has worked in San Francisco, Washington DC, New York, and Denver. After almost two decades of working in the industry, she transitioned to teaching. In 2019, she decided to dedicate her energy toward improving access to mental health and wellness resources for all. As CEO for CHOW, she is focused on outreach and aims to normalize mental health conversations in the restaurant industry.

Adrian Miller
Food Writer and Certified Barbecue Judge Adrian Miller is a food writer, James Beard Award winner, attorney, and certified barbecue judge who lives in Denver, Colorado. He is featured in the Netflix hit "High on the Hog: How African American Cuisine Transformed America. He is currently the executive director of the Colorado Council of Churches and, as such, is the first African American, and the first layperson, to hold that position.

Founder, Local Table Tours Megan is the founder of Local Table Tours, a boutique food tour company that explores the unique food scenes of Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins. She's currently the president of Les Dames' Colorado chapter. Megan likes to say it's her job to have her finger on the pulse of food and beverage across the Front Range of Colorado.
